Great bike but there wasn't enough for me to upgrade from my 2013 like they didn't imporve anything haha not sure there is much to improve though

hey guys, I'm looking into getting a new bike this summer i have been ridding for about 7-8 years now and I'm 16, I'm about 5ft 5" and I'm thinking about getting a 250 or 450 four stroke. would you guys help me a hand in telling me the best bike for me so i don't get myself killed. I'm currently riding a 2010 ktm 150sx.
