One our most memorable moments was at Sarento's. My daughter an I had just got our pizza and we're putting pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and oregano on it. I shook the oregano can once and the top came off dumping a pile of dried herbs on my plate. Without missing a beat the lady behind me reached over and grabbed a pinch the herbs for her pizza. We all looked at each other and lost it.

The moral of the story: spontaneous comedy is free, too

We found Labadee absolutely beautiful! Also really enjoyed going to the beach that was all the way at the end which was kind of secluded and so great for exploring the water... Very shallow for so far out. Gorgeous white sand and crystal clear blue water!
Didn't have to spend anything extra and this was our favorite day!

Our most recent sailing on Wonder was fabulous! MDR was great every night we were there. CoCo Cay was a great beach day with included shade in the sand and attentive people offering to get you drinks. Spent every late evening in the Schooner Bar with Billy Pando on piano or in the Mason Jar listening to the band. Only comment I have is that the volume was SO loud in all of the theater/Studio 2B shows that at times we could not understand what was being sung. Other than that...wonderful memories on board.

I like that you get to ride on a fabulous floating hotel some rooms(or staterooms) having ocean view balconies providing you transportation to a new destination virtually everyday all included at no extra cost. Sometimes you get to ride in a boat(or tender) to the port destination if the situation requires it or if there is no pier available all at no extra cost.

After doing the dining package in symphony of the seas it was amazing. But to be honest there is nothing like being where everybody is. And also the flexibility of the restaurants included. We waisted so much time at the specialty dining that for me is not worth it doing it again.

One disappointment was that movies cost extra in the room when they should be included. Holland has Royal beat when it comes to things they don't nickel and dime cruisers on.

It's a pet peeve of mine when Cruise Youtubers call these free. None of this is free, you are paying for it with your admission ticket.

We haven't cruised in 5 years due to wife no longer able to walk. Is there still a Captain's party with free champagne? Also, I believe continental breakfast room service is still free. For the food, Johnny Rockets is free only for breakfast which is only on some classes of ships. Free tip 1: Make a free mocha by mixing part or all of a hot chocolate packet with free coffee. (IMO Cafe Promenade has the best free coffee other than the Diamond Lounge cappuccino machine.) Free tip 2: Get an empty coffee cup and spoon from the windjammer, then put Sprinkles free ice cream or frozen yogurt in the cup rather in in a cone -- It is easier to eat that way. You can even stir in some milk or chocolate milk (always free) to make a free milk shake. Also, wife and I are Diamond members so we get free drinks -- I hear it is 4 free drinks per day now with few if any restrictions. Also, Diamond Lounge had a free cappuccino machine (much better than any other free coffee on the ship) -- Does this still exist?

I was looking at the MDR menus for my upcoming cruise, and I noticed there no longer appears to be a night with an included lobster tail. Is this an anomaly, or has RCCL quietly changed this fleet wide?

First, nothing is "free." It is included. The best "included" experiences are the Windjammer and the Solarium adults-only area. RC needs more "child free" areas, as well as a "child free" specialty restaurant or two.

I feel royal Caribbean does include alot more for free or included than alot of other cruise lines. Sadly it feels like moving forward there are more items being added that are not included.

I did not know Johnny Rocket was free. Is it really? As far as I remember many items had prices assigned to them on a menu displayed outside. Besides, their milk shakes have discounts for Gold and above C&A members, if I am not mistaken.
