Respect to Mateus, I've been picking up some gems from him that are of a more profound value than some of the stuff I pick up off of the purely technical shredders. That's becoming more important to me all the time. It's important to have to proficiency to play any shred lick, just so that I can apply that skill to other actual soulful uses. As satch would say, "I value style above all else in a player"
