I dont get it a fan calling pitches. Surely a professional ball player at home plate would have a better vantage point then someone seated 20 feet behind him to see whats coming ???

Not my understanding of "tipping" pitches, please explain?
A fan was calling what they thought were the location of the pitch before the pitcher released the ball?
A fan was calling what they thought was the location of the ball after the ball was to the catcher?
The ball park is going to be a very, very quiet place if those in the stands can dispute the umpire's calls and if its before who cares and shame on coaches and players for paying attention to outside "noise".

pretty weird. not really sure how a fan would even know where the pitcher is gonna throw the ball. maybe by the position of the catcher? idk. cant imagine the batter even paying attention to such a dork.
