Flights from the North Korean capital Pyongyang to Vladivostok in Russia are scheduled to resume for the first time in more than three years.
Russian news agencies reported Friday that Air Koryo, North Korea's state-owned flag carrier, has flights into Vladivostok scheduled for August 25th and 28th.
These will be the first flights on that route since 2020 owing to a COVID-19-forced suspension.
No details about return flights have been released but Russia's Foreign Ministry says that Air Koryo is charging 230 U.S. dollars for the one-hour-40-minute flight.
