For $175 I would have liked to have seen more variation in presentation and cooking method-it seems like a lot of the courses were just various grilled chicken parts on a skewer but I can’t lie, this looked delicious.

Chicken hearts are so underrated. I got some at the begining of the month and slow cooked them in Pho broth with some A1 and garlic added. It was amazing

That restaurant is smart. Chicken, the cheapest meat and charging 175 to cook it over charcoal....with sauces made the traditional way, buying it at the Asian supermarket. People out here getting duped. For 175 they better serve some beef.

The "oyster" cut is usually always thrown out. Idk if you watched "The Final Table" which was the best cooking show ever created but they had "oysters" of chicken in a competition. I'd have been impressed if this place was using immature egg yolks..
