Thankyou for your lecture. As a 73yo Muslim revert your words resonated with me. Striving to be a better human I feel closer to God. With the wisdom of age I realised Allah has always been with me and has guided me through life but early in life I was ignorant and unaware of Allah and the Quran. Palestinian people who have shown the world their extraordinary faith have led me to Allah. I have felt the angels helping/ leading me during my life and I have followed without question. Old age allows for a serenity and time to reflect that younger people often miss due to the busyness of their lives. My remaining years will be spent in learning Islam and loving God. I hope to be worthy during my limited years ahead. Each day and many times a day I give thanks and ask God to lead me. Do you think I need to speak Arabic to understand the Quran better? I am struggling to learn but I know God will see my effort.
