Another useful tip for the Pidgeot-Magikarp interaction, to get a good shot: you can just wait until the post-game where you get Burst Mode. Letting you take a series of photos in quick succession.

You can actually stop Grookey at the very beginning of the level with a fluffruit! Instead of running off, he will stop to eat it, and then start slowly walking around. He does the one freeze hand stand right there for a super nice close-up!

I was able to get an upclose shot of Grooky doing a one handstand in the beginning of the field of flowers at the end of the level 🙂
Just use your turbo and keep your camera focused on Grooky and he will do the handstand.

The burst shot is also a great tool when you need a precise photo for me at least. Just mind your picture count.

for the one-handed- grookey u can also use the scan next to the end sector. there is a grookey that is closer to you and it does the one- handed more often after scanning

You can make him do it in the beginning so you can restart faster and try again and scanning helps a lot. It restarts his animations to cycle through until you get the one where he does the handstand

2:01 You can get Grookey to do the one hand stand really close actually at the end of the map. I think either in level 2 or 3...in the flower field.
