Regarding F1 visa, I have a question. I'm from Afghanistan, in Afghanistan the US embassy consular office does not open. when I contacted them and they said due to the covid-19 they cannot open its while in countries like turkey an emirate with high infection rate the US embassies are open and they issue visas. Who should I make contact with now in order to have my password issued F1 Visa. I really need it as my classes start on August 17th
