How to Prevent File Downloading, Copying, and Printing Using Google Drive

There are times where you want to make a file available only for viewing and want to prevent the user from downloading the file. This video also goes over the option on how to prevent printing files or even copying them. We can do this using Google Drive by unchecking the option 'Disable options to download, print, and copy for commentors and viewers'.

I followed your steps, however when I sent the file to my other email address, and marked it as "viewer", I was still able to copy the link and send it back to myself. I thought the "viewer" should not have access to download, print or copy the Advise)

Let me help you guys
This option is only possible if u try to do it with files. If u try it with folders, the checking option wont be showed.

This doesn't work. Viewers can still download files even if the download option is unchecked.
