I’ve been doing a lot of research as I’m getting into sim racing and your channel is constantly popping up. Appreciate the grind

I recently bought a PS version G923 for ACC, AC, and F1 on PC. It looks, feel, and works great aside from the bugs in F1 2021, I'm over the moon with it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their first wheel. Anything lower end than this is just a waste of money and you'll want to upgrade immediately anyway.

EDIT: F1 bugs are fixed, wheel now works perfectly across the games I play

Edit: I gave it to a friend and went to a DD system from Moza. I suggest you skip Logitech these days

That smooth use of "ok lets go" excellent.

I recently got the G923 as my entry wheel into the sim world. Currently paired with the shifter that i adapted my shift knob from my old STi. I was skeptical at first and planned on getting the t300 but overall would have been twice the cost for the shifter and pedal upgrade. Not to mention where I live they're currently out of stock online as well. Pretty happy and maybe after my best buy warranty expires on the G923 I'll have enough to jump to the Fanatec or even a thrustmaster

Great video as always! The look of the T248 has grown on me, but the G923 has always looked great.

I have Logitech g25 from many years ago. Its almost the same internals as the new one besides the new rumble motor and some buttons and its working fine today. I the g25 came out in like 2006 so its really durable.

Great vid. For myself personally I'm a driving sim guy first, maybe I'll get into racing sims in the future. I'd choose the Thrustmaster T248 simply for the amount of buttons it has (plus I love the look of it). All of those buttons on the wheel means i dont have to reach over to my keyboard for half my bindings. Great for truck driving sims!

I picked up a T150 locally about a week back and I love it, if I can sell it back for the price I paid I'll definitely swoop up a T248

In my personal opinion. I think the Logitech table clamps are better over time because the handle on the table clamp always breaks and you have to use a set of pliers to tighten or loosen it. I’ve had two thrustmaster wheels already both of the table clamps broke

I’ve got the g920 and it is LOUD at full force feedback, if you’ve got any people near you or you want to play later at night you have to turn it down a lot otherwise nobody is going to sleep. Lastly the force feedback on it is very low, it really is not difficult to move even on the highest settings. It’s a great wheel and I have a blast using it but these are things to know before you buy

Great video, thanks for all the info. Planning to get my first wheel, to get ready for the Gran turismo launch.
I too would like some comparision video of the T248 VS T300RS.
Still cant decide between these two. What puts me bitt off the T300Rs that it is old, but looks better than T248, and i believe that it is bit better in specs as well.

Nice detailed video! Decided I’m going with the T248. That’s a nice upgrade from my T150RS 😁😁

(5:03, for context) The differences between the pedal sensors that these two wheels offer cannot be understated!

Using Logitech pedals for any extended period of time (~600-1000 hrs in my personal experience) makes them potentially prone to signal failure, and they fail in the most annoying way possible, your throttle inputs will become jittery, and as time goes on, you'll be rendered incapable of going full throttle and/or 0% throttle.
It happened to me, then I asked fellow simmers whether it's happened to them too, and for most, it has, and I never knew it was a thing before this.

I still love my G29 (wheelbase) to death, it's been really dependable and I'm content with it, especially after upgrading to Fanatec pedals.

I got the G29 a little over a year ago. Mostly happy with it my only genuine complaint is the brake pedal. There's a hard rubber stop about halfway through the pedal travel, which means that under heavy braking, your input is not really accurate. I've been considering swapping the clutch spring over into the brake pedal since I don't play any games that really use clutch.

I’ve used the same Logitech G29 for 5 years. Perfect wheel no faults. (Apart from my pedals are a bit squeaky)
