In India.. Eating raw onion is very normal..we eat it with almost everything.. And pickled onion with pudina + coriander + curd chutney is everything you want ❤

Onion in general is just really healthy for you. Boosts your immune system. My dad would make us onion, garlic, tumeric ginger tea growing up when sick, istantly made you feel better. Even just eating more onions is good for you
