Elected leaders from Nyeri County have Dismissed a Petition Filed against Supreme Judge Njoki Ndungu by Lawyer Apollo Mboya on grounds of Gross Misconduct. They now are threatening to file another Petition Against The Chief Justice David Maraga if the Lawyer does not withdraw the Petition with immediate effect. The Leaders, who were campaigning for President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election, also condemned Opposition Leader Raila Odinga's Meeting With Members Of The Clergy Yesterday.
