Ibrahim Maalouf about this song:
More than a melody, for me, “Happy Face” is a smile: a tune that evokes the happiness I’ve felt receiving your kind smiles over the years.
I composed this tune while looking at the happy faces of the people who love me and the people I love, especially my daughter.
I wanted to immortalise this happiness in a simple, joyful, communicative tune so as not to forget those moments and those smiles.
