Kale Crunch Salad | For all kale lovers out there

In this Kale Crunch Salad recipe, we are mixing crunchy kale with crunchy maple candied pecans (THE BEST) and a big handful of freshly grated Parmesan.

Yum - this looks so good. I have never tasted the 'bitterness' in kale. Though I have never used the stems either. We cut the leaves up fine and put them in all sorts of meals. Favourite is adding them to basic coleslaw (cabbage, carrot, green onion) and instead of using mayo we use sesame oil and add finely chopped peanuts (but you could use any nuts ). Its so good. An easy salad to make your own.
