As a PC player, I'm not surprised I didn't have an offer. I also wouldn't be surprised if R* decided to ban me for simply looking for an offer since they clearly hate us PC players. Too many of us get banned for simply logging in!

I meet all the requirements but my offers are empty. I'm betting the reason is because I'm a PC player, and R* hates the PC community. It's fine. I have money and money is easy to get, but I wouldn't mind a small reward given the hours I've dumped into my crew emblem on this thing over the years.
