People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

Hey Luke, congrats on this purchase. Could you please explain why you are purchasing another investment property when you sold the baby Queenslander to help fund your primary resident renovation? Just trying to understand the logic. The baby Qlder's sold for $963K and you pruchased this property for $855k. You made a profit of $329, 572 when you sold the Queenslander, unless you didn't use up all that money for the reno? Thx
