During the live wedding on tv as i watched with my family i kept telling my mum that prince harry looked like he really needs a toilet break because he looked a bit tired during the long speeches 😂😂 lol

Besides her acting skills, she does do yoga, her mother is an instructor. It teaches you to learn to center yourself.

Meghan’s calmness was not surprising to me at all! Her mom teaches yoga and I’m sure she has been doing yoga for awhile also! Yoga is a very calming and centering form of exercise!

I think Meghan's practicing of yoga really helped as well, she knows how to centre herself. I also think she knows she has to be Harry's calm because I think he depends on her greatly for support. She is his emotional support and she knows that in times of his anxiety and nerves, she has to be grounded so as to provide a sense that everything is ok.

I'm sure she was just as nervous as more scrutiny would be directed at her, so she's pulled everything she's learned to make the day as special for him.
