if we are using SAP BODS for Customer Migration from ECC to S4 ( Greenfield ), should we have the BP created first in ECC prior to migrating using Idocs or there are other possible approaches for Master Data Conversion. Thank you!

Thanks for such detailed explanation. Just have one doubt. We created this in ECC system, how it will be available in S4 system. And if we want to create Z* roles and grouping, we have to do that in ECC again(they have to configured in S4 system anyhow)

If we convert first into ecc.. Then how to transfer into s4hana

How ECC and S/4 Hana systems are connected to each other though these are two different applications with different versions
How Ecc customer master data is converted to BP as this BP functionality is present only in S/4
