Can someone please help me with this question. You are working with a buyer, on Tuesday they make an offer, on Wednesday your license becomes inactive, Thursday the contract is binding, Friday the deal is closed. At what point do you have to keep those records for 3 years? Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday

I passed the national exam on the first try, but I have had to take the NC state portion four times! Next Wednesday will be my fifth time taking it! Could you advise me which of your videos would help me the most in passing the NC State exam. I am bilingual, I do have a hard time with comprehension. Any advice from you would be very much appreciated!
