Dálnice D3, Čadca, Slovensko - ULMA Construction [sk]

Společnost ULMA se v roce 2018 - 2019 podílí dodávkou bednění na stavbě dálnice D3 - Čadca, Bukov – Svrčinovec, SO 205 estakáda Podzávoz a SO 211.

Dálnice D3 je součástí evropského multimodálního koridoru, jehož účelem je převedení osobní a nákladní dopravy skrz území Slovenska. Na rozestavěném úseku dálnice D3 Čadca, Bukov – Svrčinovec je nejdelším mostem právě SO 205 – Estakáda Podzávoz. Most převádí dálnici D3 v intravilánu města Čadca přes elektrifikovanou trať ŽSR, cestu I. třídy I / 11, místní komunikace a vodní toky Čadečanka a Čierňanky.

The company ULMA is involved in the delivery of formwork in the construction of the D3 - Čadca, Bukov - Svrčinovec, SO 205 Estacade Podzávoz and SO 211 in 2018 - 2019.
The D3 motorway is part of a European multimodal corridor, the purpose of which is to transfer passenger and freight transport throughout Slovakia. On the section of the D3 motorway Čadca, Bukov - Svrčinovec is the longest bridge just SO 205 - Podzávoz Estacade. The bridge converts the D3 motorway into the city of Čadca via the electrified railway line, the 1. class road I/11, the local roads and the Čadečanka and Čierňanky watercourses.

Thanks to the use of the upper trolley for supporting the concrete slab formwork, there is no need for any additional construction under the bridge. To facilitate work on the concrete slab, the formwork is supported on the minimum number of tie rods. This solution increases the design speed and the quality of the final finish of the concrete surface, as workers can use the vibrating rails.
