Los Algodones is a great, safe place to get your Medicine, dental care and lots of vision places at good prices. Mi Casa es Su Casa good food. Also a couple bars if that’s your thing. Many good restaurants there also have drinks available.

Been there. Mexicali, San Luis & San Felipe too. Lived in Yuma, AZ, El Centro, CA & Calexico, CA. Mexican ppl are beautiful. My son is Mexican, his daddy was from Mexicali. May he RIP. I used to walk over the border & hit the pharmacy for my pharmaceutical needs & to eat bomb ass tacos! Never once got sick eating there. Got sick at Pizza Hut in Cali.
