I just purchased a new 2021 Mercury 9.9 Pro Kicker tiller with power tilt but it did not come with any clamp screws. What is the Part # for the hex head clamp screws (not 8M0176078). I need 2 screws and also plan on through bolting to the transom. Thanks.

Hello if my Merc 8 hp go 30kmh im thinking on buying new 20. Would 20 hp increase speed by little or decent?
