Nothing is missable! You can collect everything after the story in free-roam. In fact, on your first playthrough some areas will be unavailable so it's impossible to get 100% on your first run on some planets. You can either replay the world directly after beating it for the first time or grab the collectibles after the story.
This all-in-one guide shows all collectibles per planet. They have the same numbering as seen in the gummi phone. This way you can check what you're missing in the gummi phone and quickly find the collectible using the timeline below.

I swear I speak for anyone who doesn't have the Glide ability ( Like me ) before following this video that the amount of legwork you have to do in this area is absolutely astounding. I think we can all agree that Sora will probably never have to work on his cardio from his visit to San Fransokyo.

Starting at the save points was actually extremely helpful idk what everybody's on about in the comments. It's really difficult to tell where you are based on surroundings in this map & if you've already got a few of the treasures/emblems it's much easier to just know where to warp to instead of needing to follow a guide's exact steps even if you already have the next 3 because if you jump ahead you won't be able to tell where you're at. Thanks for this!

Really great job on this! Your guides on KH3 have been the best by far, and a major part of that is it seems like you really put effort into giving an optimum route for getting these quickly based on going from one to the next closest one each time. Followed your other guides and this one was bar far the most painful, the other world I would do in like 20 minuets but I was stuck on this for over an hour, my navigation is aweful and trying to keep finding the save point only to go back to where I just was really wasnt a great format. Much prefer your other videos. Keep up the good work though and thanks for the vid!
