Budgies should not be kept alone, but with a companion with whom they can talk, scratch and play. Toys for a lonely bird are no substitute for a live animal. I have 2 budgies myself and they are both very happy together.

I have two parakeets named Bluey and Sunny ☀️ and I saw your Videos of Amazon must have for you your birds and I bought the tip and treat toy and my bird Bluey and Sunny were playing with it then I Saw that Bluey went on to of the tip and treat toy and he was moving it and then after a while all the seeds came out I was not expecting that but well at least they had fun Lol.
