I don't understand... can you scratch the part which says "prize"? If you find a diamond you win and then you have to match a number in the other side?

Scratchcards are even more of a lottery than the normal lottery, forgive the pun. At least with the normal lottery everyone has an equal chance of winning with the same number of tickets purchased, regardless of where you live. However with the Scratchcards as there are only a fixed number of jackpot prizes per game, then theoretically, it's possible for all of the jackpot prizes cards to end up in one city, which means any Scratchcards outside of that city will have ZERO jackpot prizes!🤣Since the number of jackpot prizes tickets is small, normally around 6 or less the majority ie 99.999% of areas won't have a jackpot card!
