Today Kelsey Impicciche continues a new challenge in the sims 4 inspired by games like disney dreamlight valley, stardrew valley, and animal crossing! It's called TINY TOWN, created by Deligracy, and the goal is to build a town of tiny houses one sim at a time.

ig use more purple on the inside and use landscaping to add purple color on the outside. so that it does not lose the industrial vibe. its hard to find industrial items that can be purple. maybe use contrasting colors (black+light purple) or (light wood/white + dark purple) to make it more industrial yet a little modern. hope this helps! ☺️

Thank you for saying how to setup Tiny Town with the roommate system!! I want to start this challenge and with all the bugs Deli and James had with the For Rent system, I wanted to set it up with the roommate system but was nervous I would screw it up.

Industrial buildings usually have a Tribeca brick, I think that would suit 😊
It would also be amazing to bring some metal and brick inside the house and have his furniture and lights be purple, because it's almost like he's moved into an established warehouse and is making it his own

Maybe the purple outside could come from tags, or the garage door from city living (I believe there's one you can paint on, though the swatches can be quite random). Maybe with flowers too.
It's a personal opinion, but some of the abstracts painting in the Sims look good in industrial building, but it's not really minimalistic. Maybe the illustrative ones available on the drawing tablet too (which is also more practical to paint by reference on the go)

You mentioned that Industrial style tended to use a lot of bricks and I saw a purple brick option for outside! I think you should try the purple brick. It seems like a really cute way to incorporate his favorite color into the theme of the house.

I absolutely love the outside of his house! The color of the wallpaper on the inside looks almost like skin, so not loving that. I definitely think you could make more out of Art's story than just his career to push it for more episodes!

OMG THANK YOU FOR THE ROOMMATE TUTORIAL!!! I’ve never used it in my game before. The residential rental thing has been a pain, so my tiny town has been in one household and it makes it a little too easy to get money. Def gonna do this with my game

Ngl it makes sense for art to not have much purple in his house, he doesn’t like too much anything 😂 but definitely try to make a few key pieces purple!
