When studying for the real estate exam, we learn that a deed represents evidence of the transfer. It is a legal document that transfers property ownership rights in real estate.

There are a few different types of deeds for different situations, but today we are going to focus on the general warranty deed and the special warranty deed.

The names of the party involved..? Freudian slip there bubba. Contracts are kinda 2 or more party things. On that note, anyone reading this with a mortgage stands a good chance of being the victim of fraud... Just sayin... Look into it.
