Thank you so much for showing the different textures of flour. We are replacing our mill that we have used for over 7 years and it is hard to know what the texture will be without seeing it.

Thank-you for this! I used my nutrimill for the first time for Thanksgiving day meal prep. I bought it in 2011, and wasn't sure what to do. I even bought the wheat berries, which I have been mixing in with my brown rice, (just a small hand full of white and red into a big thing of brown rice mixed with a hand full of rye, handful of wild rice, red rice, black rice, etc - you catch my drift? Yep). I saw you mention your nutrimill for your bread making, and I got brave and used it. (Thanks for your reply on that post) I had no idea what setting to use. But, now I know! Yes! I always want to know from someone with experience, and not the little booklet. But, I'm ready to jump into the bread making now that you explained it. Thank-you for sharing!

Hi, I am kinda new to this make your own bread stuff. Could you share with me the secret to soft home milled wheat bread? Mine comes out like a brick and I am following directions to a tee? Love the idea of this for chickpeas because I tried to make chickpea flour in my vitamix and the sound was horrifying! Too scary🙀🙉
