It used to be pretty cheap before soi buakhao became popular. It was 450 -500 low season about 4 yrs ago.

Good place to stay. I stayed there for 3 weeks in 2022. The only drawback is the vegetation and water is a Mecca for mosquitoes.

stayed there many many times and the rooms that are above the shops on buahkao are 10k per month and did in 2019 inc breakfast and you could use the pool, bar and resturant into that price

Good to see you doing hotel reviews again. Can't beat the cheap Charlie style review I always remember the one in that Scandinavian place were the women was giving you the eye did you ever meet up when the camera was off. I booked a flight back after watching that lol.
