IAF will never order it because it will not come with kickbacks. So it doesn't matter if Swift program is technically successful it will not be part of IAF inventory.

A lot of difference between a scaled down model of few 100kgs to a full scale prototype of 16-20 tons. Control laws are mostly different because moments of inertia are different. The reason they fly scale model first is the understand pitch-break in flying wings - so they put the control laws for AoA and that's the only control laws that can be reused.

Indeed Turkish UCAV isn't worth mentioning. Right now more funding for this project is needed. It is drones that are cost efficient effective bombers rather than manned planes like Jaguars or Mirage 2000. Those planes need to be put on a retirement schedule and full size version of SWIFT inducted with massive orders.
