DX drivers are very slow, because the graphics are superior. Anyway, Intel Pentium N5000 also needs OpenGL and 30FPS. I use 3 cores on my quad core. The system needs 1 CPU core for background file and data transfer and tasks.
Also, Bluestacks has a built in FPS counter in settings.

i get 7 stuttering frames on blue stacks and i looked at the task manager my graphics card is even close enough to %20 usage.

Guys for CPU Cores, I recommend using the CPU Cores you have to get a stable FPS. For instance, I have 4 CPS Cores So I just use 4 CPS Cores in my settings. Don't go higher or lower. To find ur CPU Cores, go to task manager, then performance, you then should be on CPU, on the bottom check of the CPU page, check for Cores and that is your CPU cores.

something weird happen after every new bluestack installation...when i instal bluestacks for the first time and instal a game...it will run at 60 FPS but when i close bluestacks and open it again to play the same game the FPS drop to about 30 - 40...this always happens...any idea what might cause this bug/ problem?

I'm currently looking into an upgrade pc from an old one. It is mainly to use with things like bluestacks but using several accounts at the same time. Main and several farms in Last Shelter: Survival. Any help in choice of pc set up is greatly appreciated

Jeez trying to find information on how to get Bluestacks running better is nearly impossible.

I have a 3950x, 1080 Ti (OC'd to match 2080 Super) and 32GB of RAM. Bluestacks runs some games like crap, Nox runs some games like crap, MuMu felt like it ran better but ran into some bizarre issues.. Not trying LD Player due to malware reports (bitcoin miner).

Got to the point I even went the VirtualBox or Hyper-V route and installing Android x86, yet no matter what I did for that it seemed to run like utter garbage even just on the home screen. Not willing to reinstall VMWare to test there, but if Hyper-V is installed then none of these emulator programs even run for some asinine reason (yells at you to turn off hyper-v and refuses to start even though it can).

It's been so many years and they're all still on such old android versions. There should not be performance issues with these emulators.

Also as an aside, even Ryzen 3000 series on x570 still is inferior to Intel's CPU features. I honestly regret upgrading and switching to AMD when I've been with Intel for the last decade; lost so much non-entry level consumer level stuff.

I have 6 core cpu and I get 40 FPS on pubg and I only use two cores should I increase the cores to 6 or leave it at 2
