How to Limit YouTube Usage (YouTube Take a Break Feature)

You can limit the amount of time you spend on YouTube with the take a break feature in your setting.

This is only currently available on mobile devices with the latest version of the app.

The take a break feature on YouTube mobile allows you to set custom reminders for yourself. So if you spend too much time on YouTube, the reminder will pop up. You can either dismiss the reminder or click settings to change the frequency.
