In this video we're snowboarding on Blackcomb mountain and hiking into an area called 7th heaven to find powder. The chairlift that usually runs in this area is closed, so we're forced to hike. We've brought up our avalanche gear to help keep us safe while snowboarding in these out of bounds areas and we're also testing our gear. The powder snowboard I'm riding today is the Jones Ultra Mind expander, which is my first day riding this board. In the end I think we found the best place to snowboard on the mountain. Dude I can’t even explain to you how exited I am to get snowboarding lessons, my neighbor came up to me this summer with a board that fit me exactly and was like hey want some snowboards? And I was like, shit yeah! It was a freaking gift horse in the mouth and I’m super grateful to be given this opportunity because I know I would have never been able to do it myself.

Got me a UME for this winter. Can't wait to ride it! Shut out of Whistler and Japan so far for trip planning. Got a Breck trip planned and booked 4 weeks from now. Hoping Covid doesn't shut us down!
