Today I’m choosing what’s good for me:
💁🏻‍♀️morning Ashtanga practice & nutritious breakfast
💁🏻‍♀️few hours of focused work following my day plan
💁🏻‍♀️time to unwind with nature run and meditation

…and dropping what’s not:
🙅🏻‍♀️getting onto my phone in the morning before I finish breakfast
🙅🏻‍♀️starting with small distracting tasks, while procrastinating my priority work
🙅🏻‍♀️working for too long and not taking proper time to relax after
