I had a base model 1.4 as a stop gap, the spec was truly miserable and it had a random immobiliser fault where you'd need to take the fuse out, put it back and try again. But it never actually broke down and did what was asked of it. The GTis were supposed to have been really good cars in their day.

in Denmark we gor the 4 door also wil doubble airbags as standard but it didn't got the sales numbers as the Corolla or Mazda 323

I had a 1.4 Equation model as my first car from 2013 and it served me very well in the three years I had it. Good on fuel, every bit as reliable as you might expect and quite a nice driving thing too. Shame rust knew how to get hold of these good and proper in our UK climate.

No offense to Escort guys, but hard to imagine a more boring front end than that. He's in no position to talk like that, the front end and especially on the facelift Almeras looks pretty sporty, with better proportions.

Yess the n15.model.i had the 1.4 gx on lpg 350k without problems but the weak part is the transmission

The equivalent Sentra in the US declined in popularity after the 80s, but it was definitely as nice as a Civic or Corolla. I miss the REAL Nissan.

If he'd demonstrate GTI to them, I think reaction would be lot better :) I hate this added window too, and I will never understand anyone who choose body like this. I own GTI and it sexy asf, and this is not even close to N15 body.

Bought an SLX in 2010 when it was 12 years old and still got it! Yes spent a lot of money for it but still drives all right and now it is 25 years old! No, they just do not make cars like this anymore.

Ae 3:30 look at the gap between the side light and the body panal. Terrible. I woukd get my finger in there. So much for good Japanese build lol.
The Mègane never had bad gaps or bad build quality like that.

Drivers side Airbag ha I don't think so. A drivers Airbag maybe but certainly not a side Airbag.
