Thunder Heart Chakra 2023 Open up Your Heart to Love (Meditation)

Anahata, the Heart Chakra is the center of your being, the center of your spirit energy. This mediation soundscape of frequencies will stimulate your Heart Chakra, thus opening your Heart to Love, compassion, empathy, understanding, insight and strength.

The music/soundscape was created at 60 BPM (beats per minute) intentionally for the Heart. Your Heart will synchronize to the rhythm of the music/soundscape. Bringing you into tune with the deepest, purest realms of your sour soul, your spirit.

The audio frequencies and colors in this video are for meditating and tuning the Anahata or the Heart Chakra (green). The Heart Chakra is located on the spine in the area of the heart. It is associated with our ability to give and receive love, feel compassion and to reach out to others. It is the center of the Chakras, balancing the seven energy centers. Physically linked to heart, circulatory system, and immune system. Very important healing area. When out of balance, you may feel closed off to others, lack of self-esteem, insecure, jealous, unloved and filled with self-doubt and uncertainty.

Anahata is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is related to the color green. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion.

Hello taos, first this message is full of love and really i've never commented in any meditation video and lately i found a job (i've been meditating on various meditation videos(especially chakra and khundalini) my life has changed 180 degrees, i felt alive again, i don't know you as a person, but i know you as a soul and i bet if we ever met in real life our souls will match, im a stoner, i never wanted to stop smoking it because not lying i know it's still a bit bad but it can beneficial if you know how to use it, when i started working i only smoke 2 joints after the job and i've made my first money i know it's not you who made my effort but you were like a push to a higher level, i started working out constantly also and making my own money (im only 23 now ) time is illusion more money is coming, peace upon your beautiful soul, you made me feel alive again.

About a week ago my aunt was telling me to open my heart more allow someone to give them love ❤️

Been hard as I was heart broken so many times many childhood trauma (abandonment issues, other stuff that prevents me from speaking up, throat chakra blockage).


**Hopefully one day the right person will walk in my life and love me who i'm. in the meantime work on myself go after my goals, learn new skills, try out new events. Finish college. get a better paying job as its impossible to survive off minimum wage. ** . Quit my addiction, find other ways to invest time beside social media binging

I know it's impossible to love yourself unless you can love the humans around you. They are you and in my opinion part of this test called life. I admit, people have harmed me in the past. My solution is to see them as children learning but it's hard to show love to any degree of enemy. I guess that's Christ consciousness and I'm very very far from it! I will strive to understand this as long as I live! I do have immense love and respect for the human spirit. We are capable of incredibly powerful things and capable of so much good. I know love is the answer but knowing and living understanding of that are very different things. I truly hope the human spirit sees its own potential and we all start to see ourselves in other people. I fear suffering and poverty will be the catalyst to get that started. There's no doubt about it we have rough times ahead in the future but if we could realize the simple truth of love will be better off than we ever were! Apart we are grains of sand, together we are the most powerful force on this planet!
