I'm a Marine Biology Student and I love the ocean and watching this documentary made me cry. Plastic are now everywhere! If we want CHANGE then change must be start with our own footprints.

I saw this trailer in a school assembly and thought I'd watch the whole film and I'm so glad I did. I knew plastic was dumped into the ocean but I had no idea how bad it was! Definitely worth watching!

Looks like a well done film building on and furthering needed public awareness. Unfortunately it seems to take an average of 30 years journalist reporting/documenting before public awareness is substantial enough to demand needed change. By then it will be too late unless we come up with a way to remove the plastics already in the ocean and stop adding to it. Worst are the developing countries whose people use the rivers and streams as their personal waste disposal system with no thought or care of where their garbage is going as long as it goes. I fought this battle for two years while serving in the Peace Corps in the Philippines. It boggles my mind that these countries allowed development without garbage and sewage handling infrastructure

When I see these pictures I'm feeling mad. It is so terrible how many tons of plastic are in the oceans. I think we all have to make a change and we shouldn't use plastic. I know it's difficult but we have to try it. Please think about it.
