As an American, I did not grow up with rugby. But allow me to tell you a quick story. Last week I was channel surfing and came across the Wales/Argentina World Cup match. I had never watched a full rugby game before. In fact, my only knowledge was the movie Invictus and the awesome amount of Springbok jerseys I saw on my trip to South Africa. I have to say I was thoroughly hooked. I can’t get enough of it! I stumbled across this channel trying to learn more and you are by far the best at explaining the great game. Since refs got mikes I've realised how much they control the players (in a good way) and also how kind they are and take time to explain their decisions to the captains and players. The players are respectful to the ref. It's so nice to see that. I wouldn't have expected it considering how brutal the game is.

A detailed video on penalties would be great, because it’s the main thing I don’t understand - why a penalty is being awarded. Congrats on another World Cup 👍🏻

I'm an American that started playing rugby in '72. Over the decades I also coached and refed. I've a lot of experience explaining rugby to other Americans. I commend you on this video but want to point out one thing I've never seen explained in ANY video of this type.
As a rule Advantage is foreign to Americans. They are used to watching 'Gridiron'. It's very static so when calling a penalty the ref will ask the non offending captain; 'What do you want? The penalty or the play?" We (not I but we) tend to think that when the whistle is blown the infraction had happened at that very moment. They are confused because they think that the infraction occurred at that very moment but they didn't see it.
Please cover this in future video's. Perhaps add it onto the end of this one. Include the fact that the ref announces an advantage and how that can affect what the attacking team does before the whistle is blown.

This is a great idea. I often try to introduce friends to Rugby by brining them to a match but end up missing the match explaining this stuff as the match progresses. Now I will send them this link and enjoy the match :-D
