Dr Brown graduated from Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences, Brown University Medical School, and George Washington University Hospital residency program. He is a retired Air Force officer, the medical director and chief ophthalmologist of a major eye center in the Middle East, an ordained interfaith minister, and the author of four books of comparative religion.

Dr Brown’s most recent book is a novel The Eighth Scroll which draws on the three Abrahamic faiths of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam to create a powerful thriller involving the Dead Sea Scrolls.

My favourite work by Dr Brown is 'The First and Final Commandment: A Search for Truth in Revelation within the Abrahamic Religions' which examines the doctrinal differences between the faiths and how their Scriptures differ.

This has got to be the most fascinating Islamic perspective content channel on the Internet. Paul is doing an amazing job preparing these informative videos, each one more interesting than the one before. I can’t wait for what lies ahead! May God reward you for your efforts and bless you.

There is a brother in Korea who work for the Korean airforce. He got into a coma, after an accident due to a plane crash. If can remember, he was in a coma for 8 months. Doctors had given up on him, but he gained consciousness. He was brought up without any religion. But he started looking for an answer why he gained consciousness when the doctors had given up on him. Whatever it may be, the first religion he wanted to learn was Islam (in a country where Muslims comprise less than 0.5% - although the Muslims lived in Korea historically, but disappeared during the King Sejong time). It was about 4 months since he started learning about Islam that covid 19 outbreak started. Korea was the second country that got the covid. Then the brother said he do not want to delay any more. Alhamdulillah, he took shahada, and I was a witness there.

Dr Hamid Choi from Korea (a convert to Islam, and who translated/interpreted Quran into Korean language) was a graduate of Madinah university, and also a dean of a famous Korean university (now retired). I hope one day he could also appear in your esteemed blogging theology. Korea, a country where atheism, islamophobia (that i have myself experienced particularly by Christians) and suicide, alcoholism, and lowest fertility rate in the world, and ageing population (where they stay lonely), Islam is the solution that many are not properly familiar.

Another person to get is Jeffrey Lang. A mathematician who’s conversion story is worth listening to.

I am a born muslim from Malaysia. I find many Reverts from the professional, scientific and educational background have a very clear idea of what Islam is all about and how to da'wah non-muslims. I wish to express my greatest admiration for all the initiatives. May Allah reward all Reverts who have been involved in whatever method of Da'wah, a place in Jannatul Firdaus.

This is really a blessing from Allah, we hardly get time to read a beneficial book to our children Yet there are so many brothers out there doing Dawah and Writing books beside their highly demanding professions.

May Allah grant him more!

Alhamdulillah Brother Paul. “Say: ‘O you mankind! Now truth (i.e. the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad), has come to you from your Lord. So whosoever receives guidance, he does so for the good of his own self; and whosoever goes astray, he does so to his own loss; and I am not (set) over you as a Wakeel (disposer of affairs to oblige you for guidance).’”

My dream came true today when you finally interviewed Dr. Laurence Brown! I had mentioned his name in the comment section in a couple of other videos in hopes that you might one day interview this enlightened fellow. I’m so glad it finally happened!!! I had the good fortune of meeting his younger brother about four years ago who also converted to Islam.

Thanks Paul Williams for this interview. It was food for my mind and soul!
