Authentic sources and documents prove what Manmohan spoke. He wanted first right to muslims on national resources. He spoke about redistribution of national wealth among the scheduled castes etc. But, why does he include the minorities, particularly muslims, on religious basis, which is in breach of the constitution? In Congress electoral manifesto, institutional census of all national wealth and redistribution on communal and religious basis is advanced as its ideological principle. Why does Congress now renege on its published ideologies? Why do you bark at the wrong tree? Catch the thieves and not the whistle blower. See the message, not the messenger.

I honestly feel we Indians naturally struggle in understanding the non-native language in its right meaning. Manmohan Singh made these action plans in response to the findings in the Sachar committee report. This is a survey report started in 2005 and submitted in 2006 under justice Sachar. As per the report, the Muslims were the most backward in terms of income, education, and credit access if they wanted to borrow a loan and make a living. While devising his action plans based on the Sachar committee report, Manmohan Singh used the word "equitable" (not equal) distribution, and"first claim on resources". If I'm serving food to four hungry children in my home, one of whom happened to be my friend's child and came to me saying he hadn't eaten since yesterday, I will say, "don't worry, I'll serve you "first" the food". Does that mean I won't serve my food to my own children? Of course, I'll. It's just that he is starving more than my children, that I used the word "first". No mistake. If someone like my neighbour feeds negativity in my children, I hope they will not misunderstand me. Mr Manmohan used his words in line with the Sachar committee report. Please go through the Sachar committee report before misunderstanding the great person who is an economist by education and naturally thinks where to spend money first and who are the sections in extreme dire condition.
