The wrist flat part is a lil tricky. I can throw very well but I let my wrist fall back a inch or 2 before the flick

i do index, middle, ring on the first three laces then my pink on the 5th or 6th

Or you can put your thumb on the top lace and leave a huge gap and squeeze it. It’s really accurate and has a great spiral

What’s up dimes I played football last year for my middle school team and I played quarterback and we had a bad o line line and I get under pressure like every play so obviously I was kind of like on the run and since I was on the run, I can’t throw a throw perfect every time so now everybody’s calling me trash because we’re going to varsity this season and everybody’s calling me trash and I’m trying to prove them wrong but like your channel has like helped me a lot and thank you

What angle should your arm be whilst throwing? For example, completely horizontal and out to the side is 0 degrees, and straight over your head is a little over 90.
