Actually, tip number 1 is actually really important, you just need time to recruit for a few days. Then you can get a co-owner.

Really good instructions, I run RTDF which has about 950 members, when I started I never realised the amount of admin involved. I agree the main thing is time, and commitment. Keeping variety in trainings, finding raids and good allies, also with war groups you need a thick skin, as other groups will slate you whatever you do.

lol ads are kinda bad as most people don't pay attention to ads they just ignore them so you will put loads of time into making one, loads of money into promoting one just for no-one to even look at it is very sad so I would advice be careful when using ads and don't spend too much on them
