Most condos that were bought above 350-400k are having negative rental yield at these rent prices. Rent prices don’t justify the price of most condos rn, if rent prices continue to fall or even stay at the same price (1700-1800) which I think they will because of no students and WFH, condo prices should fall a lot more in the coming year or two

I am sick and tired of watching market update videos. I am moving far away.. I don’t see my future in big cities, so are many millennials. Boomers, you better get another job, millennials ain’t paying your retirement. Houses are not your f***ing retirement, it’s not a commodity not anymore. When your government screwed the system over decades you remained silent. Now you pay the price. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Come on boomers, get a job.
