1️⃣ Gundu Dosa, which was lightly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, offering a salty, comforting taste with a spicy kick from the coriander sambol.

3️⃣ Summer beans and okra white curry paired with 4️⃣ Butter roti. The coconut-based curry had a creamy, smooth texture with a balanced sweetness and saltiness, along with a subtle hint of spices.
The roti was flaky and crispy, complementing the curry beautifully. This dish was a 10/10.
