Hey. I found no information on this one: is there a way to manually clean the grinders? I have a suspicion they might started to clog up, because I noticed, the taste of the coffee is not as strong as it used to be when the machine was brand new (we have it for 1.5 years now). I always do the cleaning and descaling, when the machine asks for it, but it didn't solve the problem

Are you guys same problem as me than if i do cleaning program (13min) always stop and start cleaning? Or i have any problem with it?? 2 second works than stop and repeat... Thanks for help.

Do you have to clean the milk frother manually as well as cleaning with xs9000 or can you do one or the other

Is thre a way of opening up the drip tray to better cleaning it? As far as I could try, there no possible way of opening it so I can access the space where the water gets collected,

Hello. We have found that the milk is not foaming anymore (or not very much). I've cleaned the nozzle etc but this doesn't seem to have improved it. Any ideas?

Thanks, your manual doesn't explain 'the chute'. When we watched the video, ... Well know I know what it is.
