retail workers got below 2% lost alot of things like sunday and unsocialable hours premiums, discounts, bonuses etc yet are unable to strike nothing on an area that was a keystone during pandemic that got no support, PPE and was at more risk. All we got was cuts and restructures and kick in the teeth
