If I may present something for you to consider! I love the 300 'Custom Personas' but at $40 it's a hit as there will be literally dozens I would never need to access. If you break these into groups or interests say 'Business & Industry Professionals' or 'Novice & Entry Level' or even categories like 'Health & Fitness" etc and break them into groups of 10-20 and sell at $10 you will quadruple your sales...I garauntee it. If you adopt this model to coexists with your current model you can guage the difference. If I'm right I request a 'Free Subscription'...I think thats fair. With the 300 personas how does one know if you are indeed talking with the personal I know you input the two fields and turn that tab on but sometimes it doesn't seem like they are giving "kick ass" answers?
