STICKING POINT around 5:24 .... instead of you adding a real account user.. and showing what happens next.. you start saying "you should be able to..." under User Configuration. I was with you until around that time stamp. I think you start out explaining really well, then you get kind of lazy and assume the viewer will understand. NO.. we are not that smart!! We need full visuals!
