Moose Country - An Algonquin Park Canoe Story

We set out on this canoe trip with one goal in mind… We wanted to see some moose!

So we went about choosing a route through Algonquin Park, which included, what we believed to be some prime moose habitat.

Join us on this Algonquin canoe trip, as we quietly explore rivers, creeks, and wetlands, searching for one of Canada’s most iconic and elusive wild animals, the moose.

If you enjoy wildlife, this film is for you! As well as seeing nearly a dozen moose, we also saw lots of ducks, loons, herons, a beaver, and a muskrat!

If you enjoy our films, it would mean so much for you to subscribe, share, and like!

Seriously, I think Ashley could start a business selling her dehydrated meals. They look so mouth watering good. Definitely better than the Mountain House packages I get for my backpacking trips.

I watch these types of videos because I am 80 & have no practical access anymore. This is by far one of the best. You got to make more. Such a pleasant voice & observations

I love how respectful you are toward the environment. You were gentle and respectful with the moose skull and I don’t know why but that just struck me. Lovely video.

I normally don't watch videos like these but this was just beautiful and so calming. Maybe that's because we're in the midst of winter right now, but I think I'd feel the same even if it were summer. The birdsong, scrambling ducklings, beavers, majestic moose... very grounding and a perfect destressor after a day at the office. You're are beautiful couple, thank you for this video, it was healing :)

I have seen several calves while hunting and on vacation up around Timmins but have never seen a male calf still that small with antlers already growing! Awesome!

I’ve been paddling for over 50 years now. And, better than most, you guys show why the pull of the paddle stays with you. Thanks so much.
